15 Bible Verses to Keep You Calm Among the Stress

Published by Daniel Brooks Moore (some content may be aggregated) on

Stress can come from anywhere, any time. Work, family, school, relationships. . . just about anything can be a source of anxiety in our daily lives, and everyone can agree it doesn’t feel good. Some may turn to medicine, therapy, meditation, and different ways to help ease their fears or stress during these tough times, but many pray to God and read the Bible to erase their anxiety. The word of God contains many Bible verses about stress that reminds readers the Lord is always watching over them, and if we just ask for help he is there to give it.

The best part about having God on our side is that he is always guiding us, every single day of the week and every hour of the day. Whenever we need a reminder that he is guiding us on the right path during a difficult time, crack open the Bible and read one of these Bible verses about managing stress. All of a sudden, your heart may feel a little lighter and your day might look a little brighter.
